I heard a podcast yesterday describing how some innocuous looking websites are actually covert communication channels for spies. Maybe this is one :)

it turns out I had enough access to fix the footer template. Maybe Heffalump knows how to force a re-render

did you record the change as well? I think darcsit only renders based on recorded changes.

I restarted the gitit process and that fixed it.

No idea if there would have been a less violent approach.

Might be a good idea. Otherwise it could contribute to an impression that darcs is not supported by anything.
